Processing

Your order will be processed within 1 working day during the week or on the first working day following a weekend or public holiday (providing the item is not sold out).

Premmie orders will be prioritised for processing to ensure that the order is received as quickly as possible.

 Postage and Returns

Please contact us via email if you require international shipping so that we can obtain a quote for you.

 Returns

Customer satisfaction is a priority at Premmieto2 and we are happy to refund or exchange items (less the cost of postage) that are faulty upon receipt or not as described.  Items for refund or exchange must be returned to us within 30 days of date of delivery in an unused, re-saleable condition, and where possible in their original package.

In order to receive a refund/exchange please complete the following steps:

  1. Contact us via email with your request at admin@premmieto2.com. We will provide you with our mailing address so the item can be returned.
  2. Please package the item securely so that it is not damaged in transit as we reserve the right not to refund or exchange items that are damaged due to poor packaging.
  3. Unless an order is faulty or has been wrongly received, cost of return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser.
  4. Upon return of the item to Premmieto2 we will promptly provide a refund or send an exchange item.
